When will I receive my tax statements, like my 1099?

Most tax forms will be available by mid-February.  Years ago, the IRS deadline was extended from January 31 to February 15. As a reminder, not all 1099 forms for all accounts are available at the same time.

Click on the Custodian below for their online/mailing dates for tax statements.

Did you complete one or more of the following in 2025?

  1. Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
  2. Roth Conversion
  3. "Back Door" Roth Contribution
  4. Charitable Gift of Appreciated Assets
  5. 60 Day Rollover
  6. Pending IRA Contributions
  7. HSA Contributions
  8. 529 Contributions

If you completed any of the above in 2025, we will mail you a letter detailing the transaction late January/early February. Please provide this letter to your tax preparer.

Do you have a Donor-Advised Fund?

For clients with a Donor-Advised Fund through DAFgiving360 (Formerly Schwab Charitable), all contributions and grants will be detailed on a Summary of Account Activity report available in mid-February. You will either receive this via US mail or it will be available online, depending on the delivery preference you previously selected.
